They listened to all our concerns and went above and beyond what was called for. During the installation an exterior water pipe was hit that was unknown to us as well as John. John stopped the installation and fixed the broken pipe that was now leaking in the basement. This clearly was not his fault or his responsibility and I was more than pleased to not have to call a plumber! Obviously damage to landscape with this type of work is to be expected, however when all was complete it was clear that John minimized the upheaval to our yard. I would HIGHLY recommend John to anyone in need of a new cesspool system. My only regret is that John's buisness is limited to cesspools as he is the type of individual and buisnessman I would love to use for all of my home repairs!
