"Chris came to my house to clear a clogged kitchen drain. He was masked and wore gloves and kept the appropriate social distance. When he arrived I asked if he could also replace a sink drain assembly, which he said he would do. That assembly turned out to be a problem since the old parts were frozen.. Chris took a great deal of care and with significant effort removed and replaced the assemble and then proceeded to clear the drain. Chris then cleaned up the entire area.
