He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. I was pleased he have us his card before he left as I would definitely call him in the future if needed."

Initially tried to unclog drain (we'd already had Roto Rooter out unsuccessfully), but like 20ft of pipes were 60 years gunked up. Offered to just replace that part, but had them do the whole thing anyway. Two plumbers were pleasant, constant working, explained stuff to me, and cleaned up the huge and unavoidable mess from the job. Charged exactly what quoted in the end, they were here for over 6 hours, including after-hours to finish up the job."

"Overall, aside from them making the time consuming effort to find a 2nd person to assist with completing the job, I think it went well. The new piece of PVC pipe was held in place by one person while the other actually secured it in place using a couple of clamps of some sort. Despite how long it took for them to return to complete the work, i would use them again and did not have any other issues with the work or the company itself. They did make an effort to find an assistant for this particular job to, ultimately, help keep the cost of the job down."
