I reached out to Rug Wash Inc - NYC to get professional cleaning of my handmade Persian rug. Due to its delicate nature- normal carpet cleaning would ruin it. I called to inquire and was provided with a very fair estimate. The owner was exceptionally kind and accommodating. He had my rug picked up, cleaned, delivery and put back in the same place it was originally. I couldn't be more thankful or pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

The technician arrive on time and I was given an estimate for 2 dirty old carpets, sofa,loveseat & recliner and was told upfront that given the state of everything there would be an improvement but they would not look brand new. He was able to do the job at that time and exceeded any expectations that we had. The rugs & furniture looked fantastic. He also gave us a 15% angies list discount. We most definitely will use him again and recommend his services to others!!!

This was an excellent provider from start to finish!! The initial phone conversation was efficient and friendly. They said the work could be done on the same day as the estimate if we were in agreement. The technician (Doran) called to confirm our appointment the day before, and arrived just as scheduled the next morning! I was impressed !! He was very professional and explained everything in detail before he began the work. His work was very tidy and he took care to protect the other furniture in the room! Both the carpet and the upholstery brightened up with this cleaning, and it is "holiday perfect!" I would recommend Carpet Cleaning Green and I will definitely use them again !!! PS The only negative I could offer would be that I was a little confused when the receipt and the telephone number answers as 1-800-Rugwash...but it is all the same company !

The first time I asked them to come, they gave me a pick up time and were over an hour late. I had to reschedule. The second time I called to reschedule, they were supposed to call me back to let me know what time they would be here. They never did, but the guy showed up the next day to pick up the rugs. They said the rugs would be ready in a week. I called after 10 days (I wasn't concerned about the delay). They couldn't find the rugs. Apparently, the rugs are sent to 1 800 RUG WASH which is a different company. They had no solution for me. I had to try and track down the guy who picked up the rugs (luckily he left his name and cell number). He tried to call 1 800 RUG WASH as well. After spending most of the morning in back and forth phone calls, they found the rugs and delivered them. At one point, the customer service woman told me that her forms said they delivered the rugs. The entire experience was very frustrating and I was afraid I would never see my rugs again. The rugs were nicely cleaned, but it doesn't make up for the disorganization of it all.
