Initially tried to unclog drain (we'd already had Roto Rooter out unsuccessfully), but like 20ft of pipes were 60 years gunked up. Provided reasonable quote for replacing all pipe from sink to sewer stack, including installing vent, but as cut into old pipe finally found the main clog. Offered to just replace that part, but had them do the whole thing anyway. Two plumbers were pleasant, constant working, explained stuff to me, and cleaned up the huge and unavoidable mess from the job. Charged exactly what quoted in the end, they were here for over 6 hours, including after-hours to finish up the job."

He is very knowledgeable and has excellent background in this business having been a manager of a rooter router business for 10 years prior to starting his own business. He listened carefully to what I told him we did to try to fix the problem before calling him. After he arrived he looked over the house plumbing to further analyze what needed to be done. He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. I was pleased he have us his card before he left as I would definitely call him in the future if needed."

"We had water backing up through the drain in our basement, so I called Mr Rooter assuming that the sewer pipe needed to be snaked or rooted.  Upon arrival, the professional (Matt, I believe) checked everything out and confirmed my suspicion.  He went about his business keeping me up to date throughout the process, and asking questions when needed.  Once the pipe had been rooted, he checked all other water sources (sinks, bathtub, etc.) and their pipes for issues.  Apparently this complimentary service is part of their process.  All in all, I was very pleased.  Matt(?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend Mr Rooter to others in need.
