"came within hours of my request. us back in buisiness quickly"

"Jack and his crew were thorough, professional and courteous throughout the entire waterproofing project for the basement, which included outside drainage work to better direct water away from the house, and the foundation repairs that were needed. He provided a detailed estimate and explained all facets of the project. Jack also provided additional recommendations for repairing the house gutters and downspouts. The home was built in the 1940's and the basement would flood following rain. Since the repairs, three rain storms within five weeks, each with over 3 inches of rain, have occurred and the basement waterproofing project was immediately tested. It has remained dry!"

"There was a crack in the basement wall from top to bottom that was leaking water onto floor after a heavy rain. James suggested several options but suggested the inexpensive crack filler and sealer first. I had other companies give me estimates and he was by far the cheapest for the same exact work. They arrived on time, cleaned up and are very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable about waterproofing."

"Very Simple job. They removed a clog in my toilet causing issues."

"Lorenzo did a great job. All his guys were very attentive. Everything was done right on schedule. All the work was perfect. He did a great job installing my foundation, Belgium block driveway and major regrading of the property. I would hire him again in a heart beat."

"Im am so happy with the work that was done on my house. Tyler came and gave a very fair estimate on lifting my concrete side entrance stairs to my basement. He explained every step of the process and did exactly what we wanted with no issues. Everything was done to perfection. No damage was done and you cant even tell the stairs ever needed a repair in the first place. I would highly recommend this company and would hire again for any future jobs."

"Rob and Christine from Mid Suffolk Cesspool are lifesavers! Within a few weeks of moving into our first home, the main line to our cesspool collapsed. We couldn't flush, shower, wash clothes or dishes... Being new to the area, we made the mistake of calling the first 2 companies from our Google search. Both were a disaster. They completely "misdiagnosed" the problem and insisted that we needed a new cesspool. Finally, I came across Mid Suffolk Cesspool on Yelp. I called and spoke with an amazingly pleasant women named Christine. She had her husband Rob at our house the next day. He dropped his camera down our pipes and determined that the main line was the problem, not the cesspool. Within 24 hours, Rob replaced our main line and restored full use of all our plumbing! Mid Suffolk Cesspool is the real deal. They're honest, dependable and genuinely nice people."

"This review is long overdue. These guys were phenomenal!. When they came out for the initial estimate, they came in at $300 less than another estimate I received and that estimate included shaping of a holly tree in addition to the land clearing/hedge trimming. My property was so overgrown that this job took them a lot more than I think they expected. The workers worked non-stop for over 12 hours (they intially expected 6, I think. It was also the hottest day of the year so far). When I arrived home from work, I thought they would tell me the job couldnt be completed that day or that they would want to charge me extra for all the work they had to do. But no, they held to their end of the deal and made sure that everything was completed and cleaned up. I was impressed. There are really no words to express how much work they did. They had originally asked if I wanted the ground cleared as well. We declined, thinking we would handle that part. There is so much overgrowth and so many large roots and vines that it proved to be a little too much for us to handle. So we are definitely thinking of calling Hurricane back to help us with the final cleanup- if they are willing to come back, that is!! Polite and professional as well. The only think I wasn't happy about was that there are some cracks in the sidewalk and driveway from the truck they pulled in to grind everthing. But that's not really their fault. Definitley recommend!
