The crew, Phil and Tim, showed up right on time and were able to locate the service caps in the lawn in 10 minutes. They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. "Jack and his crew were thorough, professional and courteous throughout the entire waterproofing project for the basement, which included outside drainage work to better direct water away from the house, and the foundation repairs that were needed. He provided a detailed estimate and explained all facets of the project. Jack also provided additional recommendations for repairing the house gutters and downspouts. The home was built in the 1940's and the basement would flood following rain. Since the repairs, three rain storms within five weeks, each with over 3 inches of rain, have occurred and the basement waterproofing project was immediately tested. It has remained dry!"

"Excellent.  Rob, the owner, gave the estimate.  Told him only that we wanted to make the house safe in another bad storm and asked for his recommendations.  He selected which trees to remove, said stump grinding was included for esthetic reasons, recommended pruning of other trees.  Perhaps most importantly, he said that he believed in saving trees and not just removing them because they "looked" dangerous.  A healthy tree, not immediately atop the house, could be kept as long as it was properly trimmed/pruned. 
Other estimates only talked about cutting trees down.
