I had a question I emailed Ray from Pro install, and had an answer within one hour. They were early for the installation. They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for somebody to install doors or storm doors.

He came by the first time to evaluate the job. Returned with a coworker, because they had to cut aluminum around the door. He answered our questions. They cleaned up after they were done. Placed the old door and materials by the curb. It was a professional install and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

Ray Pickard of Pro Door Installation was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting different storm door options. He took careful measurements and answered all my questions that I susequently sent him via email. He was very professional and was on time. He had to install 5 storm doors that were the same model but different sizes. He picked up the doors the day before so there was no hold up on the installation day. He is an experienced installer as I saw first hand as he had to make adjustments to fit the new doors into the door frame and make sure that the alignment was correct. I would highly recommend him.
