"Pro Master Construction - HIRE THEM!! I am always skeptical when it comes to repair contractors, Luan from Pro Master Construction is different (Luan is the Owner). I had a leak in my roof during the ice and snow storm we had on Long Island. I called Luan, told him the issue and within the hour he was here climbing up on my roof while there was still snow there and during the rain! Wow. He did the repair needed, also took the time to look over and seal any areas that needed a patch. He is was fair with his assessment of the work that was need and advised what will be needed in the future. Homeowners, the pricing that Pro Master gives is unbeatable, I have shopped around and no one comes close to what he gave me on future projects. This winter was a tough one for all, its good to know I found a contractor I can trust. Roof repair, siding, chimney repair, Luan and Pro Master Construction is your best bet. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
