"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"I called to schedule repair for leaking washer and had to wait 2 weeks for a scheduled appointment. Repairman did come on scheduled day Jan 19th promptly and was able to determine what the problem was with the washer. Part was ordered and repairman came back the following week Jan 25th to replace the fill valve. Was told by repairman if this did not fix the problem to call them back and they would reimburse me for the cost of the repair and put the original part back in the washer. I did not have to call them back as the washer was repaired without further problems. I did have to swap the hose connections on the washer as he did not reconnect the hoses to the correct hot and cold connections when the repair was completed. Also, he missed replacing a screw in the back panel of the washer. These are things I overlook given that he was able to resolve the problem with the washer. I would use them again if needed."
