Bob Hanfland services is a pool building/remodeling company that has over 40 years of experience and also highly skilled in Handyman projects for residential and commercial.

"The blue bathroom is the remodel Bob did for us a year ago. He installed an up flush, macerator toilet that started to leak. It could not be repaired… too old to get parts. Interesting we only had it about a yr. It had to be replaced by a normal toilet which then involved changing plumbing. A very costly error."

Most hot tub motors can last between five and 10 years; however, hot tub motors can burn out sooner if the hot tub water is not maintained or if the motors themselves are not maintained or protected from the elements.
