The customer service at Northeastern Pool and Spa was terrible. They need to work on the customer service and not so much on sales. It took them twice as long as expected to finish the job. They didn't do a good job of cleaning up after themselves at all.

North Eastern Pool & Spa is local to us. The service guys are really informative and did a great job. I would refer them to others.

North Eastern Pool and Spa did a good job as far as installation of the pool. The quality of the work is fine. There is a lack of communication and poor scheduling techniques. They should have kept me informed a little bit with regard to the scheduling.
