"Very satisfied with work: clean, professional, finished off closet ceiling so old hatch no longer visible. Showed us photos of attic as work progressed so we could see what was done (installation of baffles for proper ventilation of attic, built up walls around back of ceiling lights to keep new insulation out of fixtures, depth of new insulation). We expect that HVAC costs will go down measurably, & that ceiling condensation during cold weather (bathrooms & adjacent bedroom) will go away. (Did not rate price because 2nd contractor didn’t show up to provide estimate as basis for comparison.)"

"Good salesmanship and promises up front , high prices. Apparently it's a crapshoot what work crew you get. The crew I got did extremely sloppy work, made lame excuses for shortcuts they took and damage they did, needed constant supervision to check on the work quality, took triple the estimated work time, (promised 2 days, took 6 and kept us and our kids up until 10:30 pm the on last day because they had another job scheduled), and finally needed the intervention of a supervisor in order to finish with barely acceptable job quality with a gravelly mess left around my sliding door. They used property without permission. It was overall an unpleasant experience having them in my living space, I ended up having to move out until they were finished. I hope never to have to repeat that experience. Hopefully the work they did will be effective in keeping water out of my basement during any upcoming monsoon."

Mark Fracilli and his assistant were terrific to work with. They were prompt and very responsive to questions. His suggestions were the most appropriate of the three contractors who I had visited the site and given a quote. For what he did, his price was very fair, especially compared with the others - who either underestimated the work or over-valued the cost. The job completion was on time and the space was left perfectly clean.
I've had many contractors working on this home over the past 40 years and without a doubt Mark gets an A+.
