They had to come out twice last week and showed up the day I called. The first time they fixed a switch on a back up sump pump and the second time was to fix and issue cause by another plumber. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"The crew of 5 did a great job installing a new Cummins generator. They had to run a new gas line from the meter, through the basement and out to the backyard. Also had to reroute many electrical connections. The generator activates twice a month for 20 minutes. All automatic. They installed a wifi connection from the generator to Anderson. Price was much lower than quotes from local plumbing companies who were mostly offering an inferior product. Cummins is highly recommended for cold climates."
