"Removed header insulation and sprayed anti-mold solution on all basement walls. Brushed walls and washed down. Applied two coats of water sealer.
Mark Fracilli and his assistant were terrific to work with. They were prompt and very responsive to questions. His suggestions were the most appropriate of the three contractors who I had visited the site and given a quote. For what he did, his price was very fair, especially compared with the others - who either underestimated the work or over-valued the cost. The job completion was on time and the space was left perfectly clean.
