"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! Ralphie explains everything in detail and has shown us as the owner of AR AIR CORP IS HE HONEST AND RELIABLE , I will highly recommend AR AIR CORP to my neighbors and friends and put their Business card in HOA CLUBHOUSE . "Let me start by saying they fixed my leak, cleaned up after himself, were available to start when I needed them, and did not leave any open areas. They quoted me a price to fix a water leak in between my first and second floor bathrooms. Tony quoted me $3800 (I only had $3600) saying this was a big job after he cut a 1ft 6in hole in my 1st floor bathroom ceiling to see what is going on. He said he had to also remove the 2nd floor toilet and create another hole to work through both floors (him and his partner) to access the leak. He called his partner in and by the time it was completed they did not even remove the 2nd floor toilet - which is why I agreed to the higher price because I was led to believe it was more labor intensive."
