- PROFESSIONAL IRRIGATIONWe recently had new sod installed and discovered, upon starting the required irrigation program, that several existing sprinkler heads had been damaged during the process and a hose had been damaged. In addition, new sprinkler heads were needed in order to completely cover the newly sodded areas. The damaged heads and hose made it impossible to utilize three out of the four pertinent zones. The night of the installation we resorted to using old school portable sprinklers and 100 foot hoses (pretty labor intensive for the area we needed to cover) and hoped that Professional Irrigation would be able to respond as soon as possible. This all happened, of course, on a weekend. First thing Monday morning, I contacted Pamela at Professional Irrigation and explained our dilemma. We have been using Professional Irrigation for over 20 years and I have had numerous dealings with Pamela. She was, as always, the consummate professional. She is often the first person you encounter at Professional Irrigation and she sets the tone for the caliber of service you can expect. She was able to schedule an appointment that very day. Jorge and Carlos arrived at 1:00pm and spent several hours at our residence. During the course of their repair they discovered that, apart from the aforementioned problems, a sprinkler head had been buried, too. By the time, they left, we had an irrigation system that worked as it should. Jorge and Carlos are the best-- not only for irrigation issues but also, as we've learned in the past, for any lighting needs you might have. This is a great company that truly lives up to its name
- Garden IrrigationGarden Irrigation was great. They set up a date and gave me an estimated window of arrival and the tech named Keith B was right on time. Keith was very pleasant and took the time to listen to us. He checked all around the property and determined that the timing mechanism on the system was old and failing and needed to be replaced. (system was at least 15 yrs old). Keith put in a new system which is easier to understand than our last one and took the time to set it up and explain to us how to use it. It was such a pleasure to work with Keith that I will definitely be asking for him for all our future needs with Garden Irrigation. Call them you won't regret it

From the design to the finished product the experience was exceptionally positive. They were great at putting their knowledge to use in solving issues and problems, about what we wanted and what was feasible. Even suggesting options that might be less costly and still have the same effect at the end of the project. The Family Business Treats their Clients as just that, wanting to have the end product exceed your expectations. Tom and Kevin were on site throughout the project and the crews (too many to name) were very skilled at executing a great finished product with attention to the smallest detail. The combined experience and skill of the whole team was a very welcome aspect of the project, and we were very satisfied with the final outcome. JOB WELL DONE

"Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy.
