"Pros: The initial conversation and exchanges were great. Their quote was in line with other companies we got quotes for. They did the work efficiently and close to on-time. They filled the gaps and small cracks on the pool surface and repainted as requested. Cons: They didn't clean up after the work and after calling them several times over with promise of coming back to clean up, it never happened. Eventually we had to remove it all ourselves. The poor workmanship doesn't really show until a year later. We had a crack in the pool that grew significantly which lead to us draining the pool again for the repair. Once drained, we noticed the paint work they did started bubbling up and created very some very unsightly marks all over the pool."

"LOVO promptly responded to my home to evaluate when my alarm system could be repaired at no cost. When we decided to replace the panel and keypad, we received a price quote within a day. We were given a tentative installation appointment pending receipt of our deposit and the two men reported at the appointed time. They worked diligently to retrofit the new panel and keypad to our existing wiring/motion detectors etc. When issues arose, they clearly communicated our options and proceeded accordingly. The men were extremely patient and did a fine job. We promptly received an invoice for the agreed upon price and a detailed email with all essential information regarding our system and the monitoring company."

"Lospoto Landscaping did an excellent job transforming my weed-filled backyard into an oasis filled with hydrangeas, shrubs, plantings, a flowering tree and a perfect lawn area. Their professionals guided me in choosing the correct plants that would prosper in the backyard and I could not be more pleased with the results! They also ensured I had the proper seed mix for the lawn, keeping in mind I have a dog who likes to play in the grass. They also provide a maintenance service which I highly recommend- as you can see from the pictures this service has also helped the plantings thrive!
