Lovo is an excellent group of electrical professionals. Professionals is the key word. Marcus came to my home to scope on the job on the same day that i requested a quote. The entire LOVO team has been easy to reach, anytime of night or day to answer my questions and the work was performed in a very high level of quality. Marcus quickly provided me renderings of the job that we tweeked many times to get the job. The job looks great and i don't think that i could have made a better selection of electrical and security contractors

LOVO promptly responded to my home to evaluate when my alarm system could be repaired at no cost. When we decided to replace the panel and keypad, we received a price quote within a day. We were given a tentative installation appointment pending receipt of our deposit and the two men reported at the appointed time. They worked diligently to retrofit the new panel and keypad to our existing wiring/motion detectors etc. When issues arose, they clearly communicated our options and proceeded accordingly. The men were extremely patient and did a fine job. We promptly received an invoice for the agreed upon price and a detailed email with all essential information regarding our system and the monitoring company.

The original walkthrough was comprehensive and the follow-ups through install were buttoned up as well. Marcus also gave us a good recommendation for something else at our shop which proved to be exactly what we were looking for. I will hire them again should the need arise at our store.

Bought a lorex security system for the house, and they scheduled me with lovo, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They promptly arrived in the morning and hardwired all 4 cameras within 3 hours. Cables were run perfectly and are out of sight, which is a huge plus. Would highly recommend lovo for your next security camera installation.

Marcus is dedicated to providing professional service. He asked the right questions and some I didn't even think to ask. He did the install in one day where other companies needed two days.

Marcus is a pro, hands down, I already used them 9 times, Marcus is very punctual, he's a nice guy, and very professional, he installed my hardware firewall and configured it in a very secure setting.

He's reliable, on time, very detailed and meticulous in what he does.
