Unfortunately, he explained everything very well, and showed that adding an outlet would be cost prohibitive, as an additional breaker box would need to be installed (ours had no further breakers available), plus there were several obstructions in the way for new wiring to get to the new breaker in the basement. He recommended buying a quality surge supressor for the electrical components, as he explained they would not draw enough power to be running on too low a voltage from one outlet. He was here about 20 minutes. Total cost? $0. I can't recommend this company enough. I asked for extra business cards to give to my friends, and to post at work. One is also on my refrigerator now."

"Just after startup of drain tile installation in our Amherst buckled basement, it was determined additional parts / labor was needed to attack more of the problem, not just treating the symptom. As we were hesitant in spending even more money, the situation probably should have been in original estimate and work order. Frank came out to address the situation and it was determined several parties were somewhat responsible, and he was very much in tune to customer service, and he gave us a good deal on the additional parts. A lightning strike sent a surge that ended up causing some issues to my tankless hot water heater and this unit was less than a year old and installed by Cellino. Making a late night call, an answering service took the call and left a message. Shortly there after the owner Tony called to discuss the problem. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty. The fact that it was a holiday weekend and the supplier was closed, Tony came out personally and installed a temporary water heater for my wife and my young boys. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house. He fixed the heater and was so professional in the process. I would highly recommend Cellino plumbing to anyone who had a plumbing or HVAC need. Its always amazing when the owner comes out to personally take on the job at hand.
