Even though we gave minimal direction on the materials to use, the end result was exactly what we hoped for. CMM even upgraded our ceiling fan and caught an issue with the way the fan roof vent was run. "Just after startup of drain tile installation in our Amherst buckled basement, it was determined additional parts / labor was needed to attack more of the problem, not just treating the symptom. As we were hesitant in spending even more money, the situation probably should have been in original estimate and work order. Frank came out to address the situation and it was determined several parties were somewhat responsible, and he was very much in tune to customer service, and he gave us a good deal on the additional parts.
