"I called on 11/29/10 to request they come and get my wedding band out of the bathroom drain and fix the broken plug mechanism that caused me to loose the ring to start with. We also had a leaky toilet in our next door cottage and I requested that they replace the seal.they arrived at 9 am on 11/30 and in addition to fixing the above, they snaked out the bathroom sink drain that was running slow, replaced a broken faucet in the cottage bathroom and a broken toilet handle in our bathroom when I asked on the spur of the moment. they also looked at my kitchen faucet that had become hard to use recently and planned to come back to replace it the next morning (they didn't have a replacement on their truck). That evening I found out that the leaky toilet next door was a much bigger problem than I had understood. The toilet was actually flushing into the crawl space under the house. I called Winston at 9:30 pm to let them know and he said thy would take care of it in the morning. The next AM they arrived and got right to work in the crawl space. The old cast iron drain pipes had corroded through and were leaking. As they prepared to replace them with PVC, they found that the septic tank was over flowing back int the crawl space too. Once the septic system was pumped out by our septic maintenance man, the job was completed in quick order and they replaced my kitchen faucet before they left. They provided 2 itemized bills one for the first days work and one for the second day. I will definitely use heir services in the future and appreciate their flexibility and skill at managing this service."

" I happened to have an excavator at my house to dig a pool and asked him to dig to up the front yard because I was having a problem with the drain in my garage (1958 house). I was sure where the drain went once it left the garage. He found the pipe but didn't have the tools to fix the problem. I had had 2 other "rooter" guys try to clear the drain. Called Rolling Rooter and told him what was going on. He said he had to finish up with his wife's dr. appt but would be out within 2 hrs. and he was. Had the right tools and with the pipe exposed was able to clear the drain. He was then worried that we were supposed to get rain and the trench would collapse. He didn't have the right pipe so ran out and got the pipe to repair the break, came back, waded through muddy water and did the repair. Threw enough dirt on to protect everything and then was satisfied drain would stay fixed. I would ABSOLUTELY call them again. Never expected him to show up same day and all was fixed in a couple hours. He said he could have dug the pipe as well so he can also dig."
