I am totally appalled by the main care energy oil delivery personal "patsy" as he identified himself , driver of oil truck 89 today, came into our yard across the gate, USED the gate as a cover and STARTED TO PEE ON OUR WALKWAY!!!! I went out there to make sure that gate was open for the delivery person, because it has been finicky, and I ended up seeing FULL frontal private part of an ugly old guy. Does that constitute public lewedness??? isn't it criminal activity to flash someone in their own back yard??? LOOK AT THE PHOTO, SEE THE SPLATTER MARK NEAR THE GATE ON THE CONCRETE, THAT'S THE GUYS PEE!!!! OUR DOGS HAS BEEN SNIFFING THE AREA FOR A WHILE NOW, SO GOD KNOWS HOW MANY TIMES THIS GUYS DONE THIS IN THE PAST. We trust the company to deliver the oil, give them access to our property so that they can do what they need to do, and THIS is what they do??? OUR HOUSE IS NOT A PUBLIC REST ROOM! UNBELIEVABLE!!! REPORTED TO GUILDERLAND POLICE

I had been dealing with them for years. Last year they kind of annoyed me because they filled up my tank in Spring in preparation for the summer but I was not prepared to do that until the Fall. However they were apologetic for that but it was just annoying. I have been using them since 1991. I like that they are always dependable. I had contract for them for years but I thought that they were expensive so I stopped the contract and just relied on myself to contact them. Every time I called them, they were here within a week.

They were fine with their services but their price was high and expensive. When it comes to the quality of service, they were excellent. Yes, I would use them again in the future and I would be glad to recommend this company.

The service was very good. They were in and put. They did a very good job. They deliver oil and propane as well.

If you pay for their annual plan, you do not pay for service calls. I always been happy with them.

I would say that they are one level below the other company that I use for heating and AC. Their prices are a little bit higher. I use either one of the companies depending on how fast they can get here.
