"Great Customer Service equals great company. This is the first review I have ever written, but I was so impressed with Good Life Energy Savers that I had no option. Based on other internet reviews I hired Good Life Energy Savers to insulate my attic and exterior walls. Based on only a two-year sample I saved about 20% on my oil costs, but that is not why I am writing this review. This past Friday I called Good Life Energy Savers about an issue I found. I was told they would get back to me on Monday, and they did. They asked if they could come by to see the issues the same day, which they did. They acknowledged the issue and simply said they will take care of it, and they did. On Thursday morning a crew came by to fix it. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to satisfy me (the customer). Having been in the business world for over 40 years, I know not every job goes perfectly, so good customer service is important. This was excellent customer service. "I wanted to get my attic insulated. First, I reviewed what materials would be best to use, what a quality inspection of the work to be done should consist of, estimates for the work to be done. Then I obtained three proposals for the jobs. One was ridiculously high. The lowest was based on a cursory inspection and accompanied by legalese language mentioning that the initially quoted price was subject to change, that a lien could be placed on the property, etc. I selected JJ&Kâ s proposal. It was based on a thorough inspection, and the price was in line with my expectations. Alfredo Oleasâ team was professional and courteous. They did what I would consider a quality job. They followed required safety precautions and cleaned up after the work. Alfredo was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend his company."

"Fausto and his team were great! I would have no hesitation in using them again. I had the attic space of a two-family building insulated with blown-in cellulose. I had already used Tigasi Home Improvement for a smaller Rockwool basement ceiling job and they were very reasonable in price, thorough and clean so I turned to them for this project. Again they gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote for removing old insulation, sealing gaps and then insulation, and Fausto explained the process well. He was very patient and understanding with my tenants' concerns, as access was via a drop down ladder in one unit's hallway. I also wanted an extended platform for storage in the attic and they were able to sort this out for a reasonable price.The team kept the job site extremely tidy and they were pleasant throughout. "We hired Connecticut Basement Systems to encapsulate our 23 year-old crawlspace.  The sales representative came to do an estimate and was very helpful - he explained his recommendations clearly and gave us literature which explained the science in more detail.  We were somewhat cost-conscious and he helped us get the most bang for our buck.  We were able to arrange financing from an affiliate, and the process was incredibly easy.
The crew came to do the work yesterday - they laid down a drainage mat and rigid insulation on the floor slab and walls topped by a plastic liner, set up a dehumidifier with a drainage line to a sump pump (which they also installed).  I was amazed that they were able to complete everything in one day.  When the job was complete, the foreman went into the crawlspace with me and showed me everything they had done.  I had spent some time in the crawlspace removing the old insulation and was struck by how clean the finished product felt - to say nothing of the energy efficiency and moisture removal benefits.
We have no plans to do additional work in our basement for the time being, but if and when we decide to do any, Connecticut Basement Systems will be our first call.  Truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
