They did an excellent job of the finishing cement work and even went beyond attending to all the small details. When I asked for some additional work there was no problem performing the extra items at a very fair price. "Alex and his crew were fantastic. They were on time, worked very hard and each day they left the site completely cleaned up, including the driveway where they mixed the concrete. They were complete professionals! I had a few small additional things I wanted him to do and he did them without any new charges. Prior to having Alex install the drains and do the other repairs we would always have water coming into our basement, sometimes substantial amounts of water. It has now been about a month since he did the job and we have had two big rain storms and our basement is completely dry thanks to Alex's great work. Alex is very easy to work with and has an old school work ethic, and there were no surprises or over charges. He's a straight shooter. I will be having Alex do more work for us next spring. John"
