The sales representative came to do an estimate and was very helpful - he explained his recommendations clearly and gave us literature which explained the science in more detail. The crew came to do the work yesterday - they laid down a drainage mat and rigid insulation on the floor slab and walls topped by a plastic liner, set up a dehumidifier with a drainage line to a sump pump (which they also installed).
