Great Customer Service equals great company. This is the first review I have ever written, but I was so impressed with Good Life Energy Savers that I had no option. Based on other internet reviews I hired Good Life Energy Savers to insulate my attic and exterior walls. Based on only a two-year sample I saved about 20% on my oil costs, but that is not why I am writing this review. This past Friday I called Good Life Energy Savers about an issue I found. I was told they would get back to me on Monday, and they did. They asked if they could come by to see the issues the same day, which they did. They acknowledged the issue and simply said they will take care of it, and they did. On Thursday morning a crew came by to fix it. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to satisfy me (the customer). Having been in the business world for over 40 years, I know not every job goes perfectly, so good customer service is important. This was excellent customer service. Tom was my salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The crew was very friendly and where able to finish a 2 day job in 1 full day. Very pleased with the finished product.

Easy company to work with. In our large crawl space a few spots were missed. One call and the crew was back in 2 days to do touch up. Note that this was difficult work-lying on your back spraying above you with respiratory & eye protection so to miss a few spots might be expected as well as how insulation expands. They did great job removing old batt insulation Filled w mouse poop

Good Life Energy did a great job with my open foam insulation . It has only been one month since they do it & i already can tell there is a difference in my room temperature. It is August & my top floor is staying cooler-hoping the opposite occurs this coming winter.

Finished attic retro install of cellulose insulation. patching work post was good, but required additional mudding. Overall project and service was great and the house is definitely easier to heat and cool.

If you have furnace etc in attic due to slab construction be very clear in your expectation. Be certain to review the work when done.
