"I am surprised to see this review since the project was completed over five years ago. We did return to your home several times to address your concerns and we stand behind our work. As a small business we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and have worked hard to build our reputation for the quality work that we provide. If there was something additional that you feel needs to still be addressed please let us know."
