We recently had our house insulated with Metro NY insulation and we had the best experience! We had gotten a new heating system and were finding it wasn't warming our house to it's full potential, so we realized it was because the insulation wasn't done well in our attic. We called Metro NY and Jay came by very quickly. We had called multiple other companies and Jay was the first one to show us first hand, what the insulation would be like with a demonstration, and also took the time to look into all aspects of our home, and explained the entire process to us. They also were the most affordable by far compared to other companies. His team was very friendly, and efficient, and we can feel the difference already not even 24 hours later! Highly recommend Metro NY Insulation!

Job was done okay - required some intervention. There was a disconnect between what was quoted and what was being done during install; Solved via call to main office. Had to schedule a follow up visit after looking at finished product. Some bays were left uninsulated, and air sealing was not applied correctly. Home is warmer in the end and problems were corrected.

tough job tight spaces on an old house attic. they removed the old useless insulation and replaced it with blown in insulation after sealing all the holes and places the air comes in... great job truck 3 fair prices for 3 full days of work and they cleaned up more than they should have

Comprehensive estimate, especially compared to another estimate that I got which was cheaper. I ended up getting our house insulated with MetroNY given how detailed and the time and effort spent on giving me the right estimate for the job. The insulation was professional and the manager, Billy, was super polite and took extra time to understand what was going on in between the walls and floors. Howard explained the process and worked with my schedule. They insulated my first floor, crawl space and attic. They did a wonderful job. The laborers were hardworking and very polite. They also cleaned after themselves. Howard got great discounts from PSEG and Rockland Electric I couldn't ask for me. You won't regret using them.

From the first contact through to the end of the project (blowing insulation into the garage ceiling) everything went very smoothly. Everyone I with whom we had contact could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Jose and Daniel did a great job - very efficient and clearly knew what they were doing, AND they were considerate and left the place very clean and neat. We have noticed a major difference in the rooms which are above the garage ceiling, where they blew in the insulation - so much warmer. We can strongly recommend MetroNY -their work was excellent and the pricing very reasonable.

We notice a big difference in the house. The upstairs is much more comfortable and no longer has huge temperature differences. We are very pleased. Howard and his crew are professional, accurate, and conscientious. I highly recommend their services.

MetroNY replaced the insulation in my newly purchased home which was very old and ineffective. The job was challenging given how the house was constructed but the team was able to navigate any issues and the difference has been notably better since they finished. The original estimator was very professional and providing me a lot of information related to the project components. They were also licensed in the County whereas others provided were not. This was important. The installers were very professional as well and did not make a mess in the home. They cleaned what little debris up before departing. The price was higher but the value seemed to be there.

I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and how straight forward the owner (Howard) was when he did the estimate. I just had the work completed. The team that did the insulation was obviously very well trained, very professional and very polite. They were also very hard working, starting first thing in the morning and working until end of day. Even the clean up was exceptionally well done. Howard also came on the day of the job for instruction and to check on everything. I am very pleased with the whole experience; I definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with the entire process. The owner was great during the estimate visit. Toured my house and noticed all areas he recommended that should be addressed. I received a quote and decided to do a certain area using blown in insulation. His quote was competitive and slightly lower than the rest. His crew arrived and they were great. The guy in charge was very professional and a great guy. He decided to spray foam around my windows which was not included in my contract and I got nervous I would have to pay. When I made a comment he knew it wasn’t included and said, ‘We just want the job done right’. With all the problems we deal with in the contractor world, it’s a blessing when you find one that truly cares. Thanks Metro. You will be back! My only comment would be to take the extra steps to clear the finished rooms. Part of my job was under construction but two rooms were not. They did a great job cleaning up but the nature of what they’re doing leaves a lot of fine dust.

Not only was each individual involved in the work pleasant, professional and willing to educate me, but Howard offered me the rebate program for NJ and did all the paperwork. This was not even mentioned by others I received bids for the same work. A much cozier and warmer upstairs especially and I'm looking forward to lower bills for heating my home!!!

Howard and his men were very pleasant, professional, and efficient. They worked carefully and were also responsive to my suggestions or concerns about property and plantings. Insulating the second floor of my 1876 house with blown-in cellulose made a noticeable (and immediate) difference, which should translate into less energy + $$ used to heat our house.
