Bob came out and gave me a price to fix wooden gate. He came out in a very timely manner and he and his son worked hard and fixed the gate. The price was very reasonable. Will hire again for other work when needed.

The team worked quickly and efficiently and kept me informed about everything that they were doing and needed to do in this project. They followed through on all aspects of the work from quote to completion and never missed a day working on this job. Their work was high quality and at one point where they thought they would replace portions of framing, they decided it would be much better to reframe the whole thing... this took more time but was the right thing to do... and they did it! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very skilled and professional. Great people. They completed the much needed support of our 20â x15â roofed porch. Porch is 8â above our concrete patio below. Installed a 12â x20â main beam , cut the concrete and poured 3 concrete footers, and installed 3 8x8 high strength support columns. This was completed in 4.5 working days. I would recommend Scalia Development LLC 100%!!!!
