Our dog, a 5 mo. old very rambunctious puppy, stays well away from the line. Thy did a great job. Only one minor flaw, The wire machine gauged a short groove in the driveway where they started up the machine.

Bad product. Bad installation and bad service. Our dog was contained by an Invisible Fence brand system for 6 years without an issue. Then, we moved and switched to this brand, which was a BIG mistake. Our dog is afraid to leave the house now. The system was installed incorrectly and our dog was shocked a few times in the beginning while we followed the training instructions. It has been 5 weeks now, and she is still afraid to go into our yard. We spent over $2,000 for a system that does not perform. Very disappointed.

After doing a ton of research, I called Hidden Pet Fence to come out and take a look at my property. I scheduled Rob to come out within three weeks to tackle the job. He was prompt, informative, and finished the entire job in just a few hours. He took additional time to work with each of my dogs (and me), separately, to acclimate them to the new â fence.â Within days, both my dogs picked it up and have been having a blast, expending a ton of energy in their newly found â freedom.â I canâ t thank Rob and Hidden Pet Fence enough for giving us peace of mind with this pet fence solution!! Hidden Pet Fence came to our home quickly for an invisible pet fence repair when the original installer couldn't come for more than 3 months. Jordan was the technician that responded and he finished the repair quickly, professionally and very politely. We were very pleased.
