The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced. "The salesmen arrived on time and were very friendly. We spoke about the product and what my goal was. The estimate was very reasonable. This was a Wednesday. I called Thursday to hire them. They asked when I would like it installed. I kiddingly said tomorrow. They checked their schedule and made it happen. I was shocked!!!! I didn’t have to wait weeks. The installers showed up the next morning right on time, got to work, and did an excellent job. They were clean and kept the room picked up. When completed they cleaned the room up, leaving it exactly as they found it. No debris anywhere. I was very impressed and pleased. "JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."

"I own an 90-year old historic colonial high school turned into a bed & breakfast. The windows were neglected over the past 20-30 years and in serious demand of work. Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. More importantly, he understood my expectations. These windows needed special attention. There was a level of detail required that not any expert would be able to handle. Grady took the time to learn their needs and stayed on the job until it was to my satisfaction. He even reworked an entire window just because I didn't like the way that it looked. Grady truly showed expertise with his ability to work on such a delicate job and even taught me a few things about historic window repair. He replaced broken antique glass with one just as aged and just as historic. If a window had to be completely rebuilt beyond his solid estimate, he did it without any complications to my budget. My windows are not only restored, but they are literally brought back from the past. Any enthusiast will appreciate the lint-seed oil, putty, and antique glass that was all restored to perfection.
