"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"I had an apartment, 3 bedrooms and ~1500 square feet. I was moving by myself and my husband was out of town, and there was no way I was going to get the apartment cleaned in time for the new lessee. I hired Joe and despite a few false starts (on my end, I kept having to postpone due to work obligations), he was incredibly patient and understanding. He was so reasonably priced, too! The contractors I normally use for work (I'm a property manager) charge way more for a unit that's less than half the size of my old apartment, and their work is mediocre at best.
