"I had an apartment, 3 bedrooms and ~1500 square feet. I was moving by myself and my husband was out of town, and there was no way I was going to get the apartment cleaned in time for the new lessee. I hired Joe and despite a few false starts (on my end, I kept having to postpone due to work obligations), he was incredibly patient and understanding. He was so reasonably priced, too!
