Chimney and Fireplace repair Caps Crowns Repointing Dampers Liners Chimney Sweeping Gas logs Gas lines installed Glass Doors Gas, wood & pellet inserts We offer a 48 foot lift service
"He quoted me 500$ before ever having seen the fireplace or knowing what was wrong with it. Then we made an appointment and he never showed up or called to cancel. Would not recommend and is based an hour outside of Rochester anyway."

"Throughout the course of planning and installing a new gas fireplace, the folks at Rochester Fireplace were enthusiastically helpful and cooperative and proved themselves committed to the job every step of the way. At the store itself, Devon provided expert guidance and patiently answered all my questions, including consistently timely responses to emails. They even guided me in recommending a source for stone and a mason to lay the stone, both of which were excellent choices. During the installation, Cameron and his crew worked indefatigably and diligently. Much of the prep work had to be done outside, in temperatures hovering around 0°, and they persevered without issue. Their work and their attitudes were first-rate and their professionalism and attention to detail unsurpassed. I recommend them highly, without reservation."
