The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location.

Wonderfully well! The work was completed 11 days from the time I called to request service. Great to work with and very professional.

The contractors showed up on time and were very efficient. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves leaving it better than they found it. If that possible.

From start to finish there were no problems. The roof was finished in one day and the gutters took less than 3 hours. Tony handled the project and communicated with me throughout including the final inspection. The house looks great!

It was the best I had ever had prompt he contractor, they were prompt, professional, I was very very impressed with Tony LaMarca, he came out and provide information and actually brainstorm with me. He listened to everything I say and to my ideas, they ask assistance and they did brain storming also. The owner of the company even came out just to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I just feel very taken care of, they don't take advantage, they were very respectful and did an amazing job for me. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

They overcharged me, and I strongly suspect it was an intentional attempt to rip me off. I signed a written agreement for a fixed-cost contract. After they did the work, they added an extra $550 in charges that were not agreed upon neither in writing nor verbally. I called the salesperson (Marshall), and after explaining that the charge was invalid, he threw a tantrum like a child. During the 29-minute call, I spoke for maybe 2 or 3 minutes, max. The rest of the time was Marshall trying to guilt and manipulate me into paying invalid charges. I explained that he had every opportunity to add additional labor terms to the written contract beforehand, but chose not to. This seems to be intentional so that he could invent numbers later on. As a cherry on top, when Marshall came by to pick up the final payment, I pointed out the damage caused to my landscaping by his workers (most plants in the front of my house were completely flattened). "It doesn't matter. It'll just grow back. Its not a big deal!" he arrogantly responded before walking away. I wonder if he'd feel the same way if the landscaping of his own home was destroyed? Afterwards, I received an invoice that said if I didn't pay their invalid and arbitrary charges, that they would not honor the roofing warranty. So if you prefer a roofing company who overcharges you, disrespects your home, and may not later uphold their promised warranties, Highland Contractors is perfect for you!

Highland Contractors did an excellent job tearing off and replacing my roof.  They were not the cheapest quote but also not the most expensive.  They were very professional, came on time, cleaned up the yard every day (I have a dog so was concerned about the debris) and finished when they said they would.  This was such an expensive job for me and I was very concerned about choosing anyone (frankly, I would rather have spent the money on a facelift because no one ever notices your roof!) and am so glad I chose Highland.

other estimates. I would definitely use the company again.

Price was fair and on target to insurance settlement. They expedited installation to prevent damage because of rain storm.  Work crew started on time, were courteous, efficient and did a great job.

I was very pleased with the service.  I got a live person when I called. First plus. They had someone come out to the house within a few days to give an estimate.  I received an estimate quickly and it was 25% less than other estimates. They did not require a deposit of any kind. They said they would have the work done within 2 weeks.  The work was done before that time.  They called in the morning and asked if they could come out and do the work that afternoon.  I was very pleased with the work and there was no mess. I would definitely use them again.
