"Dale, from Upstate arrived to service my AC unit as it was not working. I thought I may need a new AC unit, but he advised me that he should check everything out first to make sure. He did and was able to quickly diagnose the problem quickly and fix it with new components that were not working. Dale was very friendly, knowledgeable, capable and a pleasure to meet.
