The only thing they can rated 5 stars for is collecting their money. Prior to install they called just about every day in an attempt to move forward the install date. Once install was completed and there was a problem, there were multiple ?miscommunications? with their construction manager. No call and no show for an appointment to fix the problem. Now they want me to trust the Lifetime Warranty that was a major part of the sales pitch. It is laughable. Finally after they came out and fixed the problem with an unsightly fix no calls or contact to see if I was satisfied. Absolutely pitiful.

One stop shopping included demolition, rebuilding, glass, fixtures and flooring. Efficient - 2 small bathrooms in 6 days. Good work ethics from talented employees, and when all complete 5 Star of Westchester stood by their claims - what they said they would do, they did. We are very pleased its the results.

The team, salesmen, installers, secretary-receptionist, engineer and project manager were all professional, polite and precise. They were a pleasure to work with and my partner and I will miss them.

I had an issue with the first design I contracted for, I wasn't happy with it. However, when the workers arrived at my house, it took only 1 phone call to the project manager for them to pivot, go buy EXACTLY what I needed(they understood what I wanted, amazing) and install in three days what I have dreamed of for so long. Whoever trained them, thank GOD for them, From the receptionist, to the installers, to the salesmen, to the project manager and engineer they were all A JOY to work with on my first "dream home" remodel project. They were professional, polite and precise, explained everything they were doing in simple and understandable language and wouldn't move to the next step unless I was completely satisfied, before during and after the installation. They even gave my partner and I tips on how to maintain the product for everyday use. And the result looks and functions as promised. A much better than we expected.
