Water Heater Repair or Service
Bob and Tom are great contractors. They not only did an awesome job replacing my water heater, they also identified issues in my chimney while they were connecting the vent pipe for the water heater. I will hire them again for separate HVAC projects.

Bobby from Charles Mechanical was super!! He helped to analyze the problem with my mini-split air conditioner/heat inverter. The unit was running but was not producing heat. After analyzing the situation Bobby determined that there was not enough refrigerant in the coils. He added the necessary amount of 410A and the system is working perfectly. Bobby is a great technician and very nice to work with. I will call him for future needs and recommend him to my friends.

Bobby cares about you and your home. He noticed a small gas leak coming from my furnace and stayed with me until ConEd fixed it to make sure it was fixed correctly

I canĂ¢ t say enough about Bobby. He delivered expert service and even came back after 9:00 PM (for no extra charge) to put the finishing touches on the job. He also texted me out of the blue a few weeks later just to check in and make sure my central AC was working properly. I mean, seriously, who does that?! Great guy, highly recommend.
