Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System - Repair
Very nice guy. Came to our house around 3:00 PM to fix our boiler?s pilot light which would not stay on. He said service fee was $149 for coming to house. ( website said free estimate) he said it was thermostat that was off. Turned on thermostat and left. Pilot light went off again right after he left. He Came back around 8:30 AM next day. This time he said boiler needed cleaning. He charged again $149 for service fee. He should have seen that it needed cleaning the first time he looked at it. Told him that I felt it was unfair that he would charge twice for service fee. He could have solved issue the first time he saw it. He started to walk away without collecting the money. I was upset but I felt bad for him and paid him again. Problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes for a cost of $298.

"not very quite accurate story. the boiler was looked at by a handy man before I provided service. handy man did not know how to light up pilot light. I fixed the pilot went to my truck to work on write an invoice client came back to let me know boiler turned off. which it is totally normal operation turn off on limit and turn back on after a few minutes automatically. thermostat was off for first floor zone I noticed after she called back from my truck. now that was a service repair call. client was urged to invest on boiler replacement or to the least a deep clean maintenance which needs to be schedule to a different visit. client called back next day because pilot light went off again. I decided to clean her boiler totally free of charge other than basic service call $149.00. my conclusion is: client had their boiler repaired for $149.00 and boiler cleaning for another $149.00. nice guy? thank you very much. best regards to whom may come across this little misunderstanding."

It was amazing. The workers immediately found the problem. Stepped out for a few to get the piece that was needed for replacement. They gave me excellent advice on maintaining the heating furnace. Most importantly, they fixed it in just two hours, which was unbelievable.

BEST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER. I gut renovated a house that hadn't been touched in 47 years and have had every kind of contractor and servicer in over the past five years. Jorge and Christian were thoroughly knowledgeable and simply a delight to work with, such honest, trustworthy and polite people in additional to their professionalism. Jorge tirelessly answered my dozens of questions before the install and completed the work meticulously, new install of central AC and heat pump, including new duct work. I have already recommended them to a colleague looking for new install and will continue to do so.

Jorge and his son did an excellent job. I had them give me a quote for a replacement installation. He gave me a quote and I accepted. They were here the very next day on a Saturday. Worked all day to get it completed. Then cleaned everything up. I will continue to have them be my AC and furnace maintenance guy. He will be coming back to make a few tweaks if needed and make sure everything is working properly.

George is very thorough. Our furnace was broken and he checked out every possible cause before recommending that it be replaced. (another company also recommended replacement) George was half the price of the other estimate and he started and completed the job the very next day. The job was very professional. George was also exceptionally polite. I would recommend him without reservation to all of my friends and acquaintances.
