Beware. Sam installed 2 new units 3 years ago. The 2nd year I tried reaching him for an annual servicing. I finally hired someone else to tune this year and they claimed 1 unit had a leak. I asked Sam to take a look at the unit and he said if you have someone else *let them fix it*. Without even offering to look at it himself he said it was unfortunate but there was nothing he could do. A system should not fail after 3 years but it happens. All we were asking was that he take a look at it to see if the other company was wrong and just trying to create work that was not needed. *Let them fix it* or *sorry, does not cut it*.

Great overall service, communication and result with installing my central air system. Sam was very transparent and walked me through all options. He was very professional and did a great installation job. I've since had other contractors in my home who have commented on the great work.

Great guys. They set up my ductless AC during one of the hot days of summer. Cleaned up during and after. Explained what was going on. I called on Monday and had the install on Tuesday.

Sam explained in detail everything that would be done. They came when they said they would and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend him.

Honest, fast, no-nonsense, affordable and clean. I cold-called at least 15 HVAC companies and was quoted at over 9k at one point, if they even got back to me at all. Comfort, Cooling and Heating picked up on the second ring and Sam was able to give me a quote for exactly what I wanted over the phone, which was about half the prior amount. Sam came out and did not try to sell or push anything more than what I absolutely needed. Sam quickly dismantled and took all the old equipment away before installing the new unit and cleaning up afterwards. In short, he is a very straight-forward, hardworking guy that wants the best for his customers and does not overcharge. Sam also educated me on the importance of filling out the warranty after giving me all the information I needed and explained how to do it. Which extended the warranty from 5 to 10 years. In ending, Sam did right by me and if I ever have problems in the future I know that I will be able to count on him to tell me the truth. I trust Sam to fix only what needs to be fixed on my equipment if it ever fails.

Sam Capitals was a life saver! We had to replace our condenser and air handler after 25 years and Sam was able to schedule a service call immediately and the units were installed 2 days later.
