"Waxtel LLC did a complete remodel of my kitchen and painted the area. Dave was accesible at all times via phone, text and emails. References were readily available upon request and all were great. His foreman, Milton, did an amazing, professional job. The plummer Jake and painter Hector also did a phenomenal job. Dave even took the time to drive me to the different stores to look at what were my options. Talk about going above and beyond! This gave me a great perspective of what I wanted. Once satisfied with my kitchen design and all items were delivered , work went smoothly and quickly. My kitchen was done in a month! If you want a team that is professional, reliable that goes above and beyond, I highly recommended Waxtel. I would definitely hire again."

"Allauca Construction was a pleasure to work with. Alfredo was professional and attentive. He was patient and answered all of my questions. In addition they did a stellar job with my remodel. I will definitely hire them in the future."

"We engaged Arta Construction to perform a gut renovation of two full bathrooms and two bedrooms at our Forest Hills home. This was a large undertaking for which we were prepared to invest a substantial amount of time and money. Arta’s team consisted primarily of FAMILY. That meant each worker viewed the client (me) as his own. I was greeted daily by friendly, task oriented plumbers/electricians, carpenters and tilers. They were prepared with questions to ensure my expectations could be met and exhibited the acumen expected of a high-quality contractor. Arta Construction is led by Andy who was always several steps ahead of the work being performed. He considered each of our design ideas carefully to ensure that the finished product would appear as imagined. When a design couldn’t work as perfectly as imagined, he knew before any such work was performed. For example, (this seems small but was a very astute observation) we were building closets that ran the entire width of the adjoining bedrooms, I wanted BIG floor to ceiling doors to maximize access into our new closets. Arta pointed out that our house, believe it or not, was ever so slightly off-level, and floor to ceiling doors would emphasize this currently invisible fact (the margin of error grows when adjacent to perfectly level doors that go the length of the room). Andy showed me how it would ultimately look, and needless to say, we scrapped that design. Andy recommended alternatives to get us the storage we wanted without sacrificing aesthetics. The design and layout of our master bathroom was far more complicated. A small space for which we were desperate to get the largest shower and vanity. We’d do anything, move plumbing, windows, entry door, cut this, demo that, just for a bit more space. We worked through several options, cost not a concern. Most contractors would say “heck if you want to pay for it, we’ll do anything”. Andy showed me that each iteration of a drastically re-designed layout would only sacrifice something of the current layout. After numerous discussions, drawings and measurements, Andy recommended thoughtful modifications to the existing layout. Andy chose to forgo a significant increase in billings for a bathroom plan that made the most sense for us. The new design included a much larger vanity, a large shower and a pocket door that makes the bathroom feel much larger. We’re extremely happy with Arta’s workmanship, professionalism, and quite frankly, Andy as a person. We’ve already recommended Arta to friends who have all been raving about our brand-new space. We’re excited to work with Andy again soon on our next major renovation project, a finished basement. Pictures for this review will be coming soon…."

"I am please with the job that TKT remodeling did on my home I will hire again for my fut"

"I hired Gaudioso Contracting for a bathroom remodel, washing machine plumbing installation, new floor installation and doors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. Change orders were added on as needed for our project without issue. The quote I was given was broken down by line item and very accurate. I was also in frequent communication via email, text, and FaceTime throughout the entire renovation process to ensure line items were addressed. I did not use their design services (which are offered) as I already had everything established and ready to order. The vendors that were suggested to me worked out well for our flooring needs. While the rooms in our apartment were protected from mess and dust, we had to request additional protection in our kitchen for cabinets and countertops. All in all, I am very satisfied with all of the work, I've recommended them to some friends and neighbors, as well as re-hired them for an upcoming job."

"Spencer completed a gut renovation on my 2B 1 bath apartment in West Village. He was extremely patient as we waited 3 months for coop approval and he finished on time 3.5 months later. We honestly had no issues, everything went very smoothly. He helped me pick out design choices and answered all of my many questions very timely, even evening hours and weekends. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. Take a look at his website and you'll see the before and after photos for many of his projects. I recommend him to all my family and friends, and I would hire him again."

I am very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Arben and his team!"

"I recently had my kitchen renovated by KBRNY, and I am beyond happy with how it turned out! The team was super easy to work with, always on time, and made sure every detail was perfect. They helped me pick the best materials and gave great advice on the design, making the space both stylish and functional."

"We just purchased a new townhouse and looking to do some renovation.   The trend these days are open-floor plan layout and so we sought out advise of friends, family, and contractors to determine if a free standing wall that seperates the kitchen and livingroom was load bearing.   We were getting mixed advice and so we decided to look for a structural engineer to provide us with an "official" answer on this topic.   Anthony is exactly that; a professional and expert.    He was by far the most informative and helpful on the topic - i'm glad i found him.  His services performed was exactly what i was looking for.  I think he actually went above and beyond, because we hired him just looking for a evaluation to determine whether a wall was load bearing or not -- a Yes or No answer....  and was willing to spend some extra time answering my bolt-on extra questions and options.   I would definately use Anthony in a heart-beat again for any structural related inquiries or any potential home inspection services.  You can certainly believe all of the posiitive reviews - it is all in-line.   Highly recommended.
