Spencer and Modo Renovations were great to work with. He was incredibly responsive throughout the project (usually answering within an hour or two), and met the timeline he estimated for the work. He was also very mindful of our budget, frequently giving us options for materials along with the pros/cons of each. Lastly, the entertainment built-in he built for us truly looks like it is out of a magazine, and is the highlight of our apartment. We would absolutely work with Spencer again!

A quality UES co-op renovation on-time and on-budget? It's true. Spencer was on top of everything. He helped with the design details, made suggestions when we were unsure, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home turned out great. He was in constant communication, sorted the inevitable hiccups, and gave us peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. He and his crew care about the work they're doing, which takes out so much stress from the project. Even our building staff commented that they were uncommonly great to work with. Honestly, though, the highest praise I can possibly give the team at Modo is the fact that I immediately re-hired them to spruce up our old apartment as we list it for sale. Scope: remove/add interior walls, install/stain new hardwood floors to match existing flooring, replace kitchen sinks/counters/backsplash, install appliances, outfit 6 custom closets, add built-in cabinets to living room, build custom mantel for fireplace, and repaint whole apt

Unfortunately, my kitchen was flooded by the people upstairs whose bathroom tub overflowed so I had to have a gut renovation. He's very quick in responding and any issues that I've had after they had completed the job, he immediately has stepped in and remedied the minor issues. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen and every day I am thrilled that I chose this team and in particular Spencer Kane to fix a terrible disaster and he and his team turned it into a miracle/dream Kitchen! The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I had used the basic footprint of both rooms. And after the work was done, they looked completely different and so much better. The workers actually finished the work in a reasonable amount of time and even came back one more time to check and do any finishing touches. Spencer was very helpful in my decision making in design.
