"I called United Heating and Cooling on a Friday morning to see about scheduling an appointment to get our furnace inspected. Within half an hour from my initial call, I got a call back telling me that they had a tech in my neighborhood. They asked me if I was going to be home and he would stop over on his way to his next job. Ten minutes later he arrived and the furnace was inspected. I'm glad they were able to fit me in so quickly. It was supposed to get cold the next day, so we were all set. In the past I would have called around to several of the bigger named companies in my area. Since United came and put in a new furnace for us, this is the only company I will call. I highly recommend United Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs any type of furnace work done from installation to basic maintenance, to an estimate, they are fantastic."

John isn't the greatest salesman, he didn't come with tons of brochures, etc. like another guy that also gave me an estimate. But he did fully explain the furnace options and what he would have to do and would like to do. And I was talking to the guy who was going to do the work so I know there wasn't going to be the "when are you going to do such and such and the installer replies that's not on my work order" things. I liked John's no pressure way of selling. As I expected the workmanship was excellent and professional. Whenever I needed to make a decision about something with the work. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
