"Matt worked hard to find ways to make things better but keep costs low. He worked quickly and efficiently. We changed some pipes and fittings when it was cheap and practical but also reused hardware that was still in good shape. Even with a bigger tank footprint he was able to install it to take up less space and make all the controls easier to reach or use. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and why and he made sure we understood how everything with the new hot water heater worked including regular maintenance. Throughout, he treated my wife with the same respect he treated me. He followed up later in the day to make sure we were happy and everything was working well. We grabbed some of his cards so we could recommend him to friends and family. We are extremely pleased."

"The service included gas fired hot water tank replacement & air conditioning replacement. Mr. Kane was on time professional, accessible to all questions I had & courteous. Mr. Kane was a high energy individual with practical knowledge of his field as he described his work history in an unscripted manner. His was one of the lower bids but he offered the proper ton rating for our homes sq ft. over another co. His choice of Ameristar furnace &A/C was a solid choice as I reviewed all available heat & cooling products. Note most components come from China & are assembled in the U.S. He had a busy schedule but finished the early April furnace & hot water tank in a day . The need for the A/C I said was not priority & he explained he had a busy scheduled but returned on the day to finish the cooling system again on time. After my furnace ignitor began to malfunction, I called him up and he was able to come over to look at the problem on the same day, and summarized my options to remedy the problem including parts, materials, labor costs, etc. As my boiler system is over 30 years old at this point, I opted to go with a brand new one. Knowing that my boiler may be nearing the end of its lifespan (and in the middle of winter) John scheduled himself for the work within a week's time. He was in my home all day and installed my new boiler along with the accompanying new piping, parts and fittings, including expansion tank, shut off valves, flu vents, etc. He was very professional, thorough, courteous, and cleaned up my basement and left it the way I found it. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. Doug and his team took out all the old paneling (including the plaster behind it), and installed drywall, new flooring, new countertops, and new sink.
