David was personable and concerned about us having heat. Replaced major component. Have to take his word on the cost, but if everything continues so that our furnace works fine, we are grateful. One problem is that because it was a part, no warranty given. This is bothersome.

David did a great job on our new furncace and A/C. He has great technical skills ansd is a pleasure to work with. Work is top notch, professional and is very competitively priced. Also worked on some issues in my daughters house with AC and hot water tank. Not your typical big company service! I have a new HVAC guy!

Last summer I woke up to my AC not working in the middle of July and no one was free to come out to my house to repair it. My friend recommended Tierney Heating and David showed up within 2 hours and figured out the capacitor had failed and needed to be replaced and got a new one and fixed it that same day. I was very thankful for him coming out when no one else could because my mother cannot be in extreme heat for too long and I now use Tierney Heating for all my furnace and AC needs.
