They were very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to hire them. My antenna was quickly but professionally installed on a tall mast on my roof. I can now get excellent reception of all 13 Buffalo channels. To my pleasant surprise I could also get all 8 Toronto channels! I was extremely pleased with the installation, especially when the results were beyond my expectations realizing that I could now get 21 channel plus all their subchannels.
