Actually received more services than expected. On the recommended performance the use of drop cloths over furniture and floors is recommended. So initially I was going to have Ken put up a vinyl fence on the one side of the yard on only an old school hand shake. Then a couple days later texted him, I only wanted the sections replaced with a wood fence plus fixing the gate. He didn’t have any problem with any of it. I left it up to him to come at his convenience. He came a couple days later, just before Jan 2019 snow storm/ deep freeze. Ken did a GREAT job and is very personable. "It went excellent!  Hi Tech Construction Co gave me a detail estimate of the job.  And compared to other estimates I received from several other companies, Hi Tech's was the most reasonably priced.  Hi Tech also gave me a timeline of the job from beginning to finish and they were right on target.  The crews showed up on time and carried out the job like experts - they surely looked like they knew what they were doing.  I noticed that they were very concerned about the safety of our neighbors, anybody passing by, their crews, and us.  They also cleaned everything right after they finished their job.  I was really happy with the timeliness and the quality of their job.  I will definitely strongly recommend Hi Tech.  I do not think you can go wrong with them.
