He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. So initially I was going to have Ken put up a vinyl fence on the one side of the yard on only an old school hand shake. Then a couple days later texted him, I only wanted the sections replaced with a wood fence plus fixing the gate. He didn’t have any problem with any of it. I left it up to him to come at his convenience. He came a couple days later, just before Jan 2019 snow storm/ deep freeze. Ken did a GREAT job and is very personable.
