"Everything about our relationship with Graves Bros. during the window project has been excellent: from the initial estimate, details about start times, the crew that installed the windows, and the office personnel with whom I spoke about billing questions. The crew of Bob, Joshua and Kyle were in our house for two days and were professional, efficient, friendly, courteous and really knew what they were doing. There were a couple of unexpected problems which they didn't ignore but rather came up with excellent solutions. We are 100% pleased with Graves Bros. "I waited a while because they are backed up due to Covid but they were definitely worth the wait. They were precise, quick and extremely detailed. They put two windows in for me (where windows didn't exist before) and covered up a window. They insulated and everything. No painting but that was cool. I was very impressed.
