The house has a complicated roofline with dormer intersections and also included replacing three skylights. Sunset Roofing was very responsive in addressing and completing our job within one week of first contact. The Sunset Roofing team was professional and efficient throughout the install and performed a superb job. Two days after the roof installation was complete, about 2.35 inches of rain fell in Rochester on 7/17/21. There were no water leaks anywhere in the house during or after this excessive windblown rainfall event. The complete absence of leaks during this heavy rainfall is note-worthy because the previous two roofs that were installed by other contractors leaked throughout their lifetimes."

Stellar wasnâ t the lowest but it wasnâ t that much higher. We felt most comfortable with their estimate and the products they were going to put on our roof. When we were looking for roofing contractors to replace the roof, this was the only Company that had us contact our insurance company to see if they would cover at least part of the damage that was cause by wind over the years. They even came out the day the insurance adjuster came to show him the damage he was seeing. This was also the only company that check the vents in the soffits to make sure that there was actual breathing space for venting and not just there for cosmetic purposes (covering up the previous wood soffit).
