"I contacted Steve’s appliance repair to troubleshoot a dishwasher in my home. The response time was very rapid and we scheduled a visit for the following day. Steve was very honest, direct and straightforward. His assessment was that it would be unwise to repair the machine based on the cost - versus purchasing a new machine. I’m sure Steve could’ve profited handsomely from the repair but he did the right thing. His fee for the house call was very modest and would have been applied to any repair cost if a repair was appropriate.
