Horrible customer service. This vendor was assigned to my claim through choice home warranty. I have a broken dishwasher and electric stove that they were assigned to repair. They came in once to i spect both appliances and identified parts would need to be ordered. After a month of trying to contact them they came back and told me the parts they ordered were incorrect. Since then the technician has consistently been flaking on appointments weâ ve scheduled for follow ups. It has been over 2 months and nothing has been resolved.

If I can give 0 stars I would!! Our choice home warranty assigned this terrible company to us. From the very beginning, the experience was horrible. They said a week after calling to come in and inspect our refrigerator, the day of the appointment comes and no one reaches out to us so my husband calls and the contractor says he already knows what the issue is and will order the part. Another week goes by he comes back with the part and says, that is not the issue. It is something else (while here he calls his friend from another company to help). Another week goes by and at this point he is just ignoring our text messages, emails and unresponsive to insurance company. Extremely unprofessional!! It has been one month and at this point we are just buying a new refrigerator. If you want to deal with crooks, be my guest.

They did not show for an appointment.
